📦 Orders

How to place an order?
To order, simply browse our online store, select the item of your choice (size and color), and add it to your cart. Once you're finished shopping, click "Confirm Order" and follow the secure payment steps.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure short delivery times. For any modification or cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@izzo-denim.com.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do the necessary.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as other secure methods available at the time of payment (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).

Are payments secure?
Yes. All payments made on our site are encrypted and secured through our payment provider. No banking data is stored on our site.

🚚 Delivery

What are the delivery times?

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • European Union: 4 to 8 working days after dispatch.

  • International: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
    These deadlines are given for information purposes only.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address and package weight.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €100 in mainland France.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached.

What are the reimbursement deadlines and conditions?
Once the return is validated, we will process the refund within 7 to 14 business days via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error.

Where are your clothes made?
Our clothing is designed and manufactured in France, in small series, to guarantee quality and authenticity.

How do I choose my size?
A size guide is available on each product page. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to advise you.

How do I care for my IZZO jeans?
Wash your jeans inside out at 30° or 40°, without fabric softener or tumble drying. Choose natural drying and ironing at a medium/high temperature to preserve the fiber. The more you wear your jeans, the more they develop a patina and adapt to you.
